Is it even worth building?
That's what the Finance Process Scan is for. If your ERP, an existing tool or a better spreadsheet does the job, I'll tell you. Saying no early is cheaper for both of us.
Will it fit our ERP and our auditor's file?
That's the starting point, not an afterthought. The tool reads from and writes back to the systems you already use, and every step leaves a trail your auditor can follow. I spent six years in audit, so I build for the file, not just for the screen.
Where do you use AI, and where not?
Rules first: anything that can be matched or calculated deterministically is. AI only handles the remainder. AI drafts, people decide, everything is logged. That covers the suggestion, the evidence, who accepted or changed it, and when.
What does it cost?
Fixed prices, quoted before anything starts, ex VAT: Finance Process Scan €750, Sprint from €4,500, Build from €9,900. Larger scope is quoted after the Scan.
Can I start smaller?
Yes. The Finance Process Scan is a paid half day on one process for €750. You leave with a written scope, a fixed quote and an honest go/no-go. The full €750 is credited against a Sprint or Build booked within 30 days.
Can you help our clients get ready for an ISAE 3402 audit?
Yes. I do the readiness work: gap analysis, control matrix, a draft system description and a remediation plan. Your firm stays the independent auditor and issues the report. I never issue ISAE reports, so your independence isn't affected.
How long does it take?
Two weeks for a Sprint, 4 to 6 weeks for a Build. The variable is usually how much of the process lives only in someone's head or in a spreadsheet.
Who owns the tool?
You do. Your repo, docs, tests and deployment from day one, with no lock-in. Optional hosting and maintenance (Care) can be added after a Sprint or Build; nobody needs it before.
How do we pay and get invoiced?
No card form. After a short call you get a fixed quote and, once approved internally, an invoice you can pay by bank transfer. A PO number on the invoice is fine. All prices are ex VAT.
